Cooked food & Clean Drinking water was provided on emergency basis to people of the flood hit Charsadda. 1000 packages of cooked food 5600 litres of clean drinking water was distributed amongst the people being evacuated from flood hit villages of Charsadda.
Free medical camp has been setup in flood hit area of Charsadda for the provision of medical relief to the people affected by the recent calamity. Medical teams of CHEF-I Dar-Ul-Rehmat Medical Complex Charsadda & Dar-Ul-Shifa hospital Takhtbhai are providing medical relief and free medicines to the people, especially women, children, and persons with disabilities.
CHEF International in response to the severe floods in Pakistan has mobilized its Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Response Unit (DPERU) for initial assessment and relief activities in the floods hit areas. All CHEF-I activities and resources have been focused on the provision of relief to the people affected by floods.
