School Eye Health Program

Since 2016, the PIRS team has actively collaborated with HDF in the School Eye Health program. The initiative involved screening and providing high-quality glasses in districts Rawalpindi, Islamabad, district Buner, and district Mardan. A total of 20,000 students were screened under the program, and those identified with refractive errors received appropriate glasses. Notably, 70% of the attendees in this screening process were females.
