Comprehensive Health and Education Forum (CHEF
Intl), International registered under the Societies act,1860, and with Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP), is a non-profit organization. The organization was established to provide affordable, accessible and sustainable health care and education with a special focus on the need of persons with disabilities.
CHEF International values working with the government, both national and provincial, Non- Governmental organizations (NG0s), civil societies, International organizations and the community at the grass root level. Every developmental endeavour that CHEF International would undertake will be based on the objective of "Empowerment of the Community", with focus on sustainable approach, adaptation of impact based strategies and creation of ownership among stakeholders.
CHEF Int'l is headed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Daud Khan who is a holder of the award of pride of performance for his services in ophthalmology. He was (EX- Vice Chancellor) Khyber Medical University, Peshawar and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the CHEF International.

Aims and Objectives
- Establish and manage training institutes for HRD to serve the marginalized populations of the country.
- Provide comprehensive health care services based on quality, equity and justice.
- Take all necessary measures to provide comprehensive services for people with disabilities including physical, mental, visual, hearing and speech.
- Engage in research, which can be translated into actions, policies and programs in the core areas of its mandate.
- Engage in imparting education and vocational training to all and specially the poor and marginalized communities ”To facilitate access to
quality, affordable, and sustainable comprehensive health and education for all; including rehabilitation of persons with disabilities to attain an inclusive society through collaboration and partnerships.
